Founded by Mike Gaffney, a Chicago real estate broker since 2009, The Gaffney Group also includes Emily Intagliata, J.D. Gommoll, and Kelly Lolli. After years of visiting family in the Charlottesville, Virginia area, Mike fell in love with the area. A lover of the outdoors, history, the food and beverage scene, and National Parks, it was only fitting that Mike partnered with sister-in-law and Charlottesville local expert, Kelly Lolli, to grow the Gaffney Group's reach to cover Central Virginia in addition to Chicago.

These days, Mike Gaffney’s typical clients are move-up buyers and sellers, selling their first or second homes and purchasing a home to start a family or enter the luxury market.

Gaffney started his real estate career in 2009 and learned a great deal during those difficult, early years. “After leasing for a while, my business naturally evolved into sales,” he says. “I began to view real estate as a career and went full steam ahead to build a business.”
