Mike was great and very helpful. He showed me two places and was very knowledgeable. The first place we looked at, he was able to identify potential issues quickly. He discussed with me what I could do to address the issues, estimates of how much it would cost, and if it would add value to the place. He definitely knew his stuff. He was very personable and let me talk things out with him. Practiced great patience, especially with my lame jokes and easy questions. The second place we looked at was the place I ended up buying. Again, very very helpful. He knew a lot about the area and again identified potential issues and how I could remedy them. He helped me decide on a fair offer price and negotiated it down pretty well. Saved me a nice chunk of chain. Secondly, he would follow up with me during the entire process. He walked me through the entire process of submitting an offer, to acceptance, to getting a mortgage, etc. He was always available and quick to respond. I tend to overthink everything, it's my job but he made sure to address every minuscule thing I had.
